So why should I buy wholesale lingerie from you?
All the lingerie you see here has come directly from the manufacturer with whom we have a special relationship. We have very low overheads so we can offer you them to you at the best possible prices.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, although there is an £6 low order fee for any orders below £50. That doesn't include the cost of shipping.
How do I order your wholesale lingerie?
Simply browse through the online catalogue and if there's anything that takes you fancy, click on the picture to get more information. Here you can add it to your shopping cart. From here you can carry on shopping, remove or update items, and check out.
What methods of payment do you take?
Currently, we take Paypal, secure credit card payments with Worldpay, and cheques. If you would like to pay by direct bank transfer, please contact us for details.
Can you send me a catalogue?
No, I'm sorry. To keep our costs low we don't produce them. However, we do have a downloadable one, but it is rather large. If you have broadband it shouldn't be a problem, but downloading it with dial up will take some time. Look in the 'Information' box in the bottom left.
How long will it take from order to delivery?
We aim and deliver within three working days, but sometimes we have very busy periods where it may take a day or two longer. Please allow up to ten days for delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
At the moment, only anywhere in the UK and Ireland. We are looking at exporting to the EU, so please contact us to discuss requirements.
How will you ship my order?
By Parceline 48 hour delivery.
And how much does it cost to ship?
Currently £7, but it's free for orders over £300.
Can I come and browse round your establishment?
Unfortunately not. To keep costs low we don't have a showroom or shop. We are purely mail order. We can provide samples on request, or if you live locally (Yorkshire) can bring samples to you.
I am unhappy with the lingerie purchased from you, can I return them?
Ladygarden offers you a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way unhappy with the lingerie purchased, we will exchange them or refund you provided they are faulty, or unused, unworn and unwashed with all the labels and packaging intact and are in a resaleable condition, and you contact us within seven days of taking delivery.
